Associate ( ACIRO ) Associates will be working within their organisation and locality and should be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge in their particular area of working .
Member ( MCIRO ) Members will be working across the whole railway system surrounding their home organisation . Members will be able to apply their knowledge and experience at a managerial level .
Fellow ( FCIRO ) This senior category of membership is for Members who will be working on multi-organisational issues . Fellows should be able to apply their knowledge and experience at a strategic level .
