Who is it for?

This innovative and unique learning programme is designed to focus the learner’ s attention on distinct areas of rail, allowing for reflection and insights to accumulate until an expansive understanding is achieved.

How does it work:
A series of 12 interactive teaching days each focused on a section of our Professional Operators Development( POD) Framework, delivered by an industry expert.
Each teaching day has thought provoking content that encourages a collaborative approach to learning, incorporating discussion led elements throughout. A subject expert guest speaker encourages delegates to deepen their thinking in relation to the topics delivered on that day.
Directly aligned with the institutions’ Operators Handbook, learners are provided with the relevant chapter extract to aid their learning both during the teaching and post-session.
