The Team Leader or Supervisor Apprenticeship is designed for individuals in first line management roles with operational and project responsibilities or the duty of managing a team to deliver clearly defined outcomes .
What a Level 3 CIRO Apprentice Will Learn
Apprentices will learn to support , manage , and develop team members , manage projects , and plan and monitor workloads and resources . They will also be equipped to take responsibility for delivering operational plans , resolving problems , and building relationships . This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to stand out at work by showcasing real-world work examples in a portfolio of improvement projects , alongside earning a nationally recognised accreditation .

Duration
Typically , this programme will take 14 months plus gateway and EPA .
Eligibility
Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this prior to taking their end point assessment .
How Much Does this Apprenticeship Cost ?
For Levy Employers £ 5,000 per person ( can also be paid directly by employer )
For Non-Levy Employers ( SMEs ) £ 250 per person ( The remaining 95 % of the cost is funded by the ESFA )
