Story :
Ruler
Arjun Prasad (Balakrishna) is a happening businessman who leads the industries of Sarojini
Prasad (Jayasudha). On a business work, Arjun moves to Uttar Pradesh where he comes to know
about an insult that his mother faces in the past. Once he arrives in Uttar Pradesh, people start call-
ing him Dharma and admires him. The rest of Ruler is all about the relation between Arjun Prasad
and Dharma. Watch the film to know about the backstory of Ruler.
Analysis :
Ruler has an interesting plot and the first half of the film sounds pretty impressive. Laced with all
the commercial elements, Balakrishna's stylish looks and his presentation are the major highlights.
