Q : Do you need a big budget to deliver a creative event ?
A : Budget is really dependent on so many variables , scale being a major factor . If you have 5000 attendees then most likely the budget will need to support that . However there are ways to impact large numbers of people with limited budgets , say with an app , where attendees are instrumental in the creation process .
Q : How do you work with the other members of your team and the client organising an event ?
A : I ' m a big collaborator . I don ’ t believe great ideas are created and executed in a vacuum . This goes for clients as well . I encourage our clients to participate in the creative process . It ’ s critical that we have their buy-in and support for optimal results .
Q : How do you measure you ’ re ROI on the creative element of an event ?
A : We test our event tactics across four strategic pillars : attract , engage , immerse and reward . Each phase of the event must respond to how we engage our audience from every phase of the event . Of course there are other ROIs that are determined by the client in the outset of the event . Because an event is a fleeting moment in time , it ’ s vital that we effectively tell our client ' s story and create an indelible impression so that moment lives-on and leads attendees to actionable results .
