as senior
manager and

returned to Singapore to oversee the

Dodds as
associate
director of
sales – New
Zealand.
Dodds’
previous
experience includes roles SKYCITY
Entertainment Group, TFE Hotels
(Australia), Copenhagen Convention
Bureau (UK), Tourism Rotorua and
Rendezvous Hospitality Group. Paul Jeffrey
Chandler is
the new
director of food
& beverage at
the Hong Kong
Convention
and Exhibition
Centre. He
previously
held similar roles at Shanghai Disney
Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland.
Georgina Torrington is the new marketing manager for the Brook
Serene collection of boutique hotels, based at The George in
Christchurch. She was most recently sales and marketing manager
for Continental Event catering in Christchurch. Patrick O’Meley has been appointed as hotel manager for new Sydney
hotel Veriu Broadway. He has previously had roles at Palazzo Versace
and QT on the Gold Coast, as well as Qualia Resort on Hamilton
Island, The Sebel Pier One and The Star Hotel & Apartments.
Choice Hotels Asia-Pac has appointed Sarah McCully as general
manager, development. She is the former general manager of Star
Ratings Australia, the internationally recognised accreditor of quality
accommodation standards. The Walshe Group has appointed Jennifer Gaskin to the role of
country manager for Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority. She
brings with her nine years’ experience in journalism, public relations
and marketing to the role.
