ADELAIDE
Cubism
Tasting Australia 2018 held its Surrealist
Ball in the newly opened d’Arenberg Cube
in McLaren Vale earlier this year and they
couldn’t have picked a better venue. The
Rubik’s cube inspired building sprang
from the imagination of chief winemaker
Chester Osborn, with the cellar door,
restaurant and museum seeing 1000
people a day flocking to checking it out.
The five-storey building includes public
and private tasting rooms, several bars,
an art gallery and a restaurant that is the
first in Australia to use a 3D food printer.
And you thought Adelaide was boring!
