compiere un grosso passo in
avanti nel possibile utilizzo di
questa preziosa risorsa, che è
giusto classificare come una
vera e propria rinnovabile.
2. L’attività CEN di normazione
tecnica sull’argomento.
Sul primo punto in questo
contesto non c’è molto da
aggiungere. Il disposto legislativo
è ben conosciuto da tutti gli
operatori e in esso è previsto
anche l’intervento regolatorio
dell’Autorità per l’Energia
elettrica, il gas e il sistema idrico
(AEEGSI).
Sull’attività di normazione di
specie del CEN al contrario si
possono dire molte cose.
Essa si sostanzia nell’attività
affidata al CEN/TC 408 Project
Committee – “Natural gas and
biomethane for use in transport
and biomethane for injection
in the natural gas grid” in
attuazione specifica del mandato
M/475 CE “Mandate to CEN for
standards for biomethane for
use in transport and injection in
natural gas pipelines”.

I due progetti di norme tecniche
europee, elaborate nel contesto
anzi descritto sono già passati
alla fase di inchiesta pubblica
CEN che si è conclusa il 27
agosto 2014.
