Wild Woods Croydon, NH ◊ Aug. 8 - 10 P age Farm in Croydon, NH will play host to the first ever Wild Woods Music and Arts Festival, August 8-10. The 70 acres of farmland and wooded areas offer a beautiful setting for the variety of music, arts, crafts, and foods that make up this premier outdoor camping festival. Wild Woods is presented by GreenVibe Entertainment, a New Hampshire based music production company that aims to share positive, sensational music in a mutually friendly atmosphere, and that is just what Wild Woods will be. Wild Woods is not just about music. With a mission to create a positive community, centered around live music and arts, this sustainable festival creates its own unique culture. “Being a transformational festival is what we are aiming for, to go along with the music, offering something more and something unique,” says Ryan Dubois, Wild Woods Festival organizer. Acts will include Kung Fu, Blockhead, Twiddle, Roots of Creation, The Nth Power, Govinda, Consider the Source, and many, many more. “We are very excited to have legendary electronic and hip hop producer Blockhead performing at Wild Woods this August, says Dubois about the talent. “We were really aiming for a diverse lineup that will give musical lovers a little taste of everything.” Visual artists, the other half of the event, will also be plenty, including Sam Farrand, Jerad Lauzier, Will Roeger, Hannah Williams, and Vic Avalone. Other components include Art Installations with Collaborative Echo, The Elevated Movement, a 12 • CIDER MAG • cidermag.com group that turns recycled bottles into hammocks, The Galactic Tea Longue (hosted by MoonDreamTeam) and Szpunakapeda Bandita Art Collective, which will offer live-performance painting, along with creative workshops. In addition to music and art, Wild Woods features include the as environmentally friendly as possible. The festival will have composting bins on site alongside the trash and recycling bins. Event sponsor Natur-Tec, based out of Minnesota, will be supplying biodegradable trash bags and cutlery for the food vendors. Also there will be a food drive on Inspirational Wellness and Healing Center, a place to escape your stress and become one with those around you, Other various workshops will be held throughout the weekend, such as Group Meditation, Hooping, Community Canvas, Yoga, Body Painting, and so much more. As a company and as a community Green Vibe Enteratinment and Wild Woods are aiming to be site through Strangers Helping Strangers, a non-profit organization known for doing great work with the New England festival community.
