What is the one place in the world where there are lakes with scaly green monsters and castles with ancient crowns and gold? The one and only Scotland, emerald green grass and a sky the color of a blue lagoon. The land where stones mark the jade green landscape. Where we wear scarlet kilts and blow our plaid clothed bagpipes. Scotland is a land of mystery and beauty.

Scotland has a rich history decorated with mythical stories. Scotland was first populated in 10,000 BC, in what we call the stone age. Years later, Scotland became home to Nomadic hunters, who build huts and religious buildings which can still be seen today. Soon vikings would come to settle on Scotland's coast. Around Scotland, you may see tall stone figures rising out of the ground. These are called Standing Stones and can be over 10,000 years old. They were erected by settlers and possibly used for religious purposes. You can also find many castles spread across Scotland. These castles were built for protection and used to keep people safe. Stones used to mark important events or people, called Jacobite Risings are scattered around the stunning landscape of Scotland. Scotland is one of the most unique countries in the world. While wandering around Scotland, you may see the popular Loch Ness Monster, or Nessie. Nessie is a large regal dinosaur like creature. Although scientists haven't proved it true, there have been several “sightings” of her throughout Scotland's history. Based on these possibly fake sightings, she is supposed to be long and thin, with a large tail and a long snake like head. Scotland has a variety of festivals, their most popular being the Edinburgh festival.

Lorem Ipsum passage and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from section. Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.
