pizza pies under praire skies
Integrity Foods has long been a community hub with its iconic outdoor wood-fired brick oven. Though scaled back to reservation-only after 2022, their Pizza Nights remain a highlight of Manitoba’ s culinary calendar. Running Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer season, these evenings showcase sourdough organic spelt crusts topped with the farm’ s fresh vegetables, familyfarmed beef, pickerel cheeks from Lake Winnipeg, and Bothwell cheese— Manitoba’ s finest.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinks and additions, creating a relaxed picnic vibe on the farm’ s tables and blankets. While waiting for pizza, visitors can explore the farm’ s gardens, visit the poultry, sheep, and cats, or unwind on swings and in the playhouse.
The farm also offers a tiny home stay that invites guests to unplug and experience rural life with comfort. Activities like snowshoeing and quiet reflection by the pellet stove enrich the stay. This blend of fresh food, farmyard fun, and restful accommodation makes Integrity Foods a genuine farm-to-fork getaway.
