The renovation held special meaning for homeowners, who purchased the condominium once owned by their parents. They enlisted Everitt Design Associates to transform the original awkward layout, which was separated from the main living area and lacked both workspace and efficiency, into a highly functional, open kitchen that seamlessly integrates with the adjacent living room. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry provides ample storage while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. A custom dining tabletop exending from the counter creates a natural gathering space while keeping the work zone clear.
