“WOW” FACTOR
An old bathroom adjacent to the kitchen
was transformed into a decorative
pantry neatly packed with function.

sophisticated look in this 100-year old Wolseley
home by painting the cabinets and walls soft

bright. The cottage-y charm of the room is all
punctuated with a porcelain brick fl oor that defi es
current norms. Its controlled heating offers a lovely
underfoot texture and a welcoming temperature
year round.
This 190 square foot kitchen is proof positive
that limited space does not have to compromise
function or style. The butcher block style island is
lightweight yet sturdy and provides surface space
for prepping in this narrow kitchen. Decorative
pots and pans curate the gourmet look.
