Berry Slushie
Fresh herbs and fruit put a gourmet twist on a summer favourite
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup water
1 handful mint leaves
4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1. In a cup,
add water and
mint leaves. Use
muddler to release
flavour.
2. In a blender,
combine frozen
strawberries, mint
infused water,
lemon juice and
sugar.
3. Blend on
high until it
reaches slushie
consistency.
Yield 4 servings
