Dec 3 LIT UP LOCOMOTIVE Watch the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train roll through Winnipeg as it makes its return cross-Canada journey to spread holiday cheer and raise food and money for local food banks . Donations are collected at each stop . The train has 14 rail cars decorated with hundreds of thousands of technology-leading LED lights and a modified boxcar turned traveling stage for performers . A free concert performed by Tenille Townes & Aysanbee aims to lift spirits even higher .
