He has appreciated all his kitchen experience but is most excited about grilling meat perfectly . His joy comes from preparing a steak or a signature rack of lamb and working with a team of people he loves .

Now , 10 years later she is at the grill at her favourite steakhouse . Amanda loves learning about South American flavours , teaching other young cooks and being part of a kitchen team bursting with positive creative energy .
