T
here’s a new name in
town. The Mitchell Block
renamed its second-floor
lounge to the Wet and Dry
Department (pictured,
above), paying homage to
the building’s former use as a
pharmaceutical company in
the 19th century. This second
floor housed a laboratory
where the medicine was
mixed, earning the name “the
wet and dry department.”
The lounge’s short, diverse
menu offers salads, desserts
and freshly made pasta. 173
