Dessert is the crowning glory

of a special meal, the ultimate pampering of the palate. From a classic cookie crowned sprinkles to an elaborate layered cake garnished with chocolate curls and candies, sweets deliver something sublime and festive to a party. Some recipes are simple, others demand considerable time, patience and skill to achieve success, all worth the resulting delicious bites.
