Donations are appreciated in the following areas…

Bakers and Candy Makers: It seems we can never have enough baked-goods! And we always run out of cookies before the Fair even ends. Your creative contributions are key to our success!

Jams//jellies: If you have or are planning to make jelly, jam, chutney etc. for the Fair we have labels for you!

Jewelry: All types of jewelry are welcome.

Chic Boutique: (Gently used “chic” clothes appreciated. (as a reminder: we don’t accept shoes or men’s clothing).

First Church Originals: Looking forward to seeing all the craft items created by our members! If you knit, crochet, sew, or create in any other way, we welcome your talent! Our “First Church Originals” table is waiting for you! Knitted hats, scarves, and mittens are always appreciated. As are holiday table runners & placemats. Please forward questions about handmade items to Mary Friedman or Diane Peluso.

Books: Fiction and non-fiction, children’s books, books for young adults, cds, dvd’s and books on tape are all welcome. (Please do not bring encyclopedias, textbooks, or VHS tapes).

Christmas Cookie Cans: We are still in need of red and green plastic coffee cans for our famous Christmas cookies…especially the medium sized ones.

Dropping off your donations:

Jewelry should be brought to the church office on the first floor, and books to the book nook room in the lower level.

There is a cart by the Williams Street entrance designated for all other Christmas Fair items. If you have an item that requires help with transport please give us a call!

Of special note: The First Congregational Church in East Longmeadow will be hosting its Christmas Fair on Saturday, November 4, 8:30 am – 3 pm Theirs is a juried craft fair with 50+ vendors. Food and beverages are available. Please consider supporting their Fair as they support ours!
