• Transfer donations and bank deposits to Quickbooks. (Desktop
version only.)
• Remind you to back up your data

There is a base version for member/contribution tracking and reporting (a
one-time cost of $63.97). Optional modules ($16.50 each) are available for
additional tasks, such as:
• Tracking pledges, so you can see who has fulfilled their pledge and
who is falling short
• Automatically entering recurring ACH transactions
• Importing online donations (Donarius is integrated with several
online giving providers)
• Sending personalized emails and text messages. (This also enables
you to email tax statements and quarterly statements as a PDF
attached to each email.)
• Printing personalized letters. (This also can be used to print your own
offering envelopes.)
• Tracking gifts in kind and and gifts with an advantage
• Customizing your year-end tax statements (i.e. Receipts for members’
tax returns)
• Keeping track of each family member including anniversaries
and birthdays
• Printing a photo directory
Small churches of 100 active members or less get 25% off. When you
