Semi-dried Tomatoes in Basil & Garlic 1kg

Blind bake the tart case in a hot over for 7-8 minutes.
Meanwhile create a creamy filling by mixing together feta (keep a little to one side to add to the top), egg,
double cream and seasoning.
Add the filling to the baked tart case and put remainder of the feta and the tomatoes on top.
Return to the oven for a further 7-8 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
