A golden filo pastry tart with a
delicious, nutty filling and topped
with goats cheese pearls.
4 balls
Create a filo bowl, using an upturned bowl layer and mould the filo sheets and bake in a oven until crispy.
Allow to cool slightly and then carefully remove the pastry away from the bowl.
Place the Onion Marmalade into the bottom of the delicate pastry case and scatter on the pine nuts and
walnut pieces.
Top with the Boilie & Herb Goats Cheese Balls and garnish.
