Salad with coppa and raspberries

14 g lollo rossa lettuce
16 g frisee
16 g ruccola
26 g coppa
35 g fresh raspberries
20 g olive oil
2 g lemon juice
12 g green basil
1 g balsamic cream
Place mixed salad leaves in the center of a plate, decorate with 5
slices of coppa. On the each slice of coppa put one raspberry.
Pour salad dressing made by lemon juice, olive oil and green basil.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad, decorate with
balsamic.
