Firstly we operate strictly by appointments because we understand the frustrations our clients face, because we too were once clients who faced long lines and hours to get our hair taken care of. Based on this, we utilize an online booking service which allows clients to choose their appointment time and service at their convenience. We also schedule enough time for each service so that we do not overlap into another client's slot, as we know that by doing so the client is not flustered and we also have enough time to reset and prepare for our next client. We strive to maintain the highest standards of sanitation, using the industry recommended forms of sanitation. At Swagg Elite we also strive to provide an elite experience to the clients, providing conveniences such as WiFi, cable TV and linx; we also strive to provide a wide range of services making our studio and experience available to all classes of customers. Our studio provides ultimate privacy for our clients, giving the customer that executive feeling and personal attention, during your service the studio space is yours. Our services ensure that when you are finished you feel satisfied and pampered. At Swagg Elite our ultimate purpose is to serve our clients in the most affordable, comfortable and efficient manner. We exercise extreme patience with our younger clients as we know it can be a difficult time for them, so we guide their parents in how to make their first time with us a happy and memorable one because that first interaction can mean the difference between a lifelong customer or never wanting to cut your hair ever again. We also give our clients the ability to budget for our services and book as far in advance as they see fit, building their schedules including their Grooming services, recurring appointments eliminate the need to remember to book your space for the customers that have tight schedules. We also make it our duty to have customer appreciation events at different times during the year to say thanks to clients for remaining loyal to us, we also give our clients the freedom to advise us on what we can do better whenever they see fit.
