Ingredients:
Preparation:

Soak herrings in milk for 2
hours, dry them and cut in
small pieces. Drizzle with
vinegar and sprinkle with
white pepper.

Cut onion, pickles and
apple in small pieces, then
add to mayonnaise with
sour cream and mix it all
together.
3.
Pour herrings with sauce
and leave them in a fridge
for all night.
