Christmas Party Nights at The Refectory
in The Chancellor’s Building
The Refectory in the University’s Chancellor’s Building will be host to some
great themed party nights in December. The evening begins at 7pm with
a complimentary arrival drink before heading into The Refectory for a
three course dinner at 8pm followed by a disco through untill 1am.
Retro Disco Party Night
Saturday 10th December, Friday 16th December
and Saturday 17th December 2016
Celebrating the great disco decades of the 70’s and 80’s is the order for the
evening, flavoured with a ‘step back in time’ menu for the full retro effect.
This was a time when John Travolta lit up the dance floor in Saturday Night
Fever and Dirty Dancing was the film to go see at the cinema. Culture Club,
Boy George, Dexys Midnight Runners and Fun Boys Three (to name but
a few!) were in the charts and these are the tunes you’ll be able to boogie
to tonight! Our resident DJ has created a truly fantastic selection of the
hits from the decades which gave us the best music to have you up on the
dance floor busting some serious moves.
