In the first and greatest commandment, Jesus exhorts us to love
God with our minds—to think deeply and circumspectly about
the “truth that sets us free.” This kind of disciplined reflection
and wholehearted devotion to our Lord is vital as we seek to
engage the academy, the marketplace, and our neighborhoods.
