was that that crowd was nary focused on,
something I would have liked to have seen
as cutaways to an audience’s reaction
sometimes help drive home a point.

First released over a year ago, Winsome is a
series of teachings that look at lifestyle
evangelism. As Louie Giglio himself
describes it…

With that said, one does not watch a DVD
series like Winsome for the production
quality. Don’t get me wrong, the picture
and sound are clear. But it’s the teaching
and what one can learn from said teaching
that makes series’ like this valuable.

the story of God and about seeing
people come to know Jesus.”

incredibly insightful and encouraging.

The title may seem a little strange…
Winsome. That is until you realize that the
title when broken down as Giglio intended
makes total sense… Win Some!

The production of the Winsome series /
sessions is pretty basic - Giglio stands on a
stage preaching / teaching a live audience

Louie Giglio is a great preacher / teacher.
He is easy to listen to and his delivery is
very conversational in tone. Furthermore,
he makes some great points throughout,
and everyone who watches this series will
no doubt come away having learned
something of worthwhile, hopefully with a
renewed appreciation of the task / mission
all believers have been called to.
Given the format of this series, Winsome
would be perfect for group settings - study,
bible, youth, and church groups. A first
class series, Winsome is an excellent
resource looking at an age old mandate of
the church in a fresh and exciting way.
