Hello, my name is Grace. And today I'm going to tell you my story. It all started when I was born. My mom told me that the doctors were concerned about my heart. They said it wasn't strong and they wanted me to see to the doctor once a week. My parents were heartbroken, but they still prayed. They took me to the doctor and the doctor said my heart was perfect. My mom reminds me all the time that it probably was weak but God healed me in just a short amount of time. A few years passed and I was a healthy toddler. But then my hearing was getting bad. One day my mom was talking to me and I didn't even look at her, I could hardly hear her. She took me to the doctor and they said I had to have surgery in order to fix my hearing. My mom said that was the scariest time of her life, because they didn't know for certain if it would help or not. But I came out of that room hearing everything perfectly.
God has helped me a lot through life and He continues to still help me. Especially when my mom divorced my step dad and we had to live with my grandma; we are still with her today. Nobody has a perfect family and a perfect house. Not everybody can afford a car when they turn 16, or the popular iPhone that just came out last week. But God gives me blessings every day in my life.
