Lemons, nothing to be sour about!
How lucky are we that nature has
given us these yellow sparkles that
appear on trees that make the world
a better and healthier place!

Since I was a little girl I look
back in every house we lived,
the first tree my parents
would plant was a lemon tree
- we would practically dance
around the lemon trees when
I was younger and my parents
would always pick a few
lemons for family and friends.
They were everywhere and
used all year round. I even
eat a few slices when I need a
boost.

every salad and drink I make. They

lemon cut it in small pieces add half
of it to a cup of warm water and
honey and that is my wake me up
drink every morning - the second
half I wrap up and it’s with me for
the day as I have 3 more lemon
