This is one of my favourite wines on the planet and I’m so proud of Canada for producing this gem. I buy it by the case and serve it proudly to everyone. Taittinger Brut Champagne The bubbles in Champagne were at first a mistake, but as anyone who opens a bottle can attest, it is the best part! There is something magical about sipping Taittinger Champagne on a beautiful summer day. You will sparkle with a glass in hand, a bit of lipstick, and a smile. Craving for Sweet & Sparkling Use sweet wine such as a late harvest, Icewine or Port to dazzle your desserts. Simply pour over ice cream or berries – or add a touch to your cake mix – for a special treat. If breakfast is your pleasure, you can even drizzle over pancakes and french toast! I personally love sparkling wine as the perfect brunch pairing as well.
