Q: How do you get the crisp point at the
end of a cat eye flick?
Draw on your cat liner as best you can.
Apply some moisturizer or makeup
remover on a q-tip or sponge, and with a
firm sweeping motion use the sponge or
q-tip to clean the edge of your flick. Adjust
it to the desired size and shape.
