Celebrity Cruises make vacationing available to all with Accessible
Staterooms. Customized amenities include spacious bathrooms with grab
bars, a raised toilet and lowered sink and roll-in showers for wheelchair users.
Grand Gastronomy
Whether you commence your day at the Oceanview Café or
the Main Restaurant, breakfasts both hearty and light are offered
onboard. The Oceanview Café features a custom omelette
station, selections of breads, pastries, cheese and meats. Fresh fruit,
yogurt and pancakes kick sweet cravings while ethnic traditions of
sausage and congee are available.
The AquaSpa® Café offers great choices for lighter lunch fare after
a day at the spa. Design your own salad poolside or sit down to a
plate of thin-sliced Beef Carpaccio atop rocket greens.
Ten distinctive specialty restaurants shine on the Celebrity
Solstice. With menus crafted by a James Beard featured chef and
artistic presentation, each offer signature dishes and pairings from
a collection of over 500 wines.
Celebrity Reflection is one of three Solstice Class ships offering
contemporary dining at Qsine®. Order from an iPad® and indulge
in deconstructed dishes of Sushi Lollipops or Popcorn Fish N
Chips
Featured restaurants on Solstice Class ships master a synthesis of
global flavours with sophistication. Cravings for Wonton Soup,
Red Curry Duck or a really good California Roll are satisfied at
Silk Harvest – a pan Asian bistro with a warm, regal setting of
brocade embroidery and bamboo dinnerware (available onboard
Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Equinox®). Chic, French delights
at Murano are offered with an exotic range of caviar and
Champagne High Tea.
Authentic Italian eats at Tuscan Grille top it all off. With superb
service and select ingredients, this steakhouse offers a fresh take
on regional traditions. Vote classic with an Insalate di Cesare –
prepared tableside with a dose of history from your server – or
Calamari Fritto, but the Mare/Terra mains will go down in the
diary of good grub. Cioppino, a rustic seafood stew, arrives with
a spicy tomato broth that smothers the dish from a cast iron pot.
Soak it up with compliments of roast potatoes and herb crostini.
Bistecca Toscana is a blackened Angus rib eye steak with southern
soul pairings of Cajun-spiced butter and black pecorino Mac and
Cheese. Choose from a selection of Port, after dinner aperitifs like
Limoncello or Amaro and a fantastic wine list with imports so
intriguing, it’s hard to choose red or white.
Now, on to the best part…
Sweet Sailing
The Solstice Class crowns this dining experience with two cafes
that are a real Euro trip. Café al Bacio is the spot for genuine
Italian gelato. Pistachio, hazelnut, raspberry or mango, it’s scooped
into a waffle cone or bowl made al minuto. Lavazza is the base
ground for espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, latte, americano and
a no-frill cup of Joe. Piping hot cups are brought to your space of
dark wood tables and moda-savvy olive green, wingback chairs.
Walk across the floor and you’re in Paris; Bistro on Five spreads
skillet fresh crepes and house made desserts with flare. Soft,
envelopes of dough wrap savoury ham and cheese or sweet
Nutella that will have you digging deeper than Canal St. Martin.
Serenity at Sea
Digest your dining endeavours in mind and body at the
AquaSpa® by Elemis®. In addition to a full-service salon with hair
and aesthetic services, acupuncture and detox wraps, Celebrity
Cruises offers exotic, artisanal healing.
At the Persian Garden, view the Pacific Ocean as you lay on
a heated lounge bed of blue and white tiles. On Celebrity
Reflection, expose the senses to the exclusive Infrared Sauna or
Coldroom. The Steamroom and tropical rain shower are offered
on all Solstice Class ships. If you’re there for classic indulgences
of Swedish massage or a facial, don’t leave without brushing your
fingertips on floral mosaic designs that grace the wall.
Fun and Games, Sea and Sky
On the Celebrity Solstice Class, entertainment isn’t associated
with clichés. Deck 5 is home to the Celebrity Theatre - a spectacle
in itself for its sheer size, plush seating and surround sound. A
roster of comedians, singers and acrobat shows are a real
post-dinner treat to dive into Celebrity nightlife.
A European-esque Circus show of elaborate, costume-clad
gymnasts contort and flip to a live, operatic soundtrack.
If you’re in the mood for Electronic dance music and Top 40,
Quasar is the nightclub of choice. With a full bar, bottle service
and a DJ booth, this futuristic spot is a slice of downtown
Toronto at sea.
Fast-paced activities may not be in the cards after a long day of
exploring ashore, but they’re dealt at Fortunes Casino
