The collection encourages one to look at the world from a different perspective as a way to enhance perception of the familiar . Synesthesia succeeds beautifully by creating familiar designs with a twist , making them unfamiliar yet unforgettable . Featuring Aqua Flora print created by Olivia Knapp , Seattleite artist that hand draws her patterns with pen and ink , creating supple and tangible imagery . Knapp has worked as a Printed Textile Designer in the fashion industry for several years , drawing inspiration from “ European line engravings and scientific specimens from the 16th to 18th centuries ”.
