Sabrina Soto “Put in the work and visualize that it will happen you can succeed and reach all your goals .” Born to be a star Sabrina Soto has made an image for herself, as one of the most sought after designer exepts. As her success continues to flourish, there is one thank-you, that Soto cannot go without saying: to her parents. With her mother being a decorator and party planner, and her father being a TV producer, Soto was able to gain hands-on experiences and perspectives into both businesses. Unconventional Joys With multiple TV and home show appearances, there is no such thing as a “typical day” for Sabrina Soto. Rooms have to be completed by the time the show airs, where each room takes about 8 to 15 hours of work. Despite the laborious process, Soto says that, “Work you’re passionate about doesn’t feel like work.” Taste of design “I struggle with it everyday,” Soto says on balancing her life and career, “I’m thinking of moving back to LA where my mom and sister live—New York is always non-stop.” In the midst of city-energy, Soto says cleaning and cooking are her methods of meditation. Her passion to cook has inspired her to write her own cookbook of Cuban cuisine. Advice “Put the work in and visualize that it will happen, and you can succeed and reach all your goals. “You have to train yourself to keep setting goals and be positive that it will work. Most importantly, believe in yourself.”
