Our initial foray into designing rugs began with Hair on
Hide rugs. While we have a full range of natural hides, the
Rich Hue Hides are a dramatic and unexpected addition to
a room and we are working on new tones and tints to mix in
for truly bespoke rugs. Our Bespoke Collection is inspired
by exquisitely detailed Marquetry found in fine furniture
and Moorish tile patterns as well as Art Nouveau motifs
inspired by a recent trip to Barcelona and will be available in
early Summer.
And not to be too big a tease but our Artistry Collection
in wool and silk (available also in early summer) is where I
really get to explore my love of muted tones, painterly and
geometric patterns and motifs. Luxury is very personal. For
me, it’s those intangible little touches, those things we all feel
a little bit of guilt about owning but that everyone should.
Investing in them can make the mundane, spectacular.
