TASTE There is nothing more comforting than food. Food brings us together and creates cherished, lifelong memories. Food also nourishes our body and nurtures our mind. I am blessed to be surrounded by food and by people in my life who love food as much as I do. There’ no better place like the kitchen; you meet the nicest people and it will always turn out to be a great inspiring s experience. It all begins with an idea, fresh ingredients and the passion and skill of a creative chef. In this issue, being my fifth as food editor of Chloe Magazine, follow me into the kitchens of some of Toronto’ top venues. Although they all serve up seriously s crafted eats, they each add their own original culinary techniques and flavours. Chef Howard’ all about taking the TASTE of s his kitchen to higher levels. Chef Auciello rises to the TASTE challenge of enticing the multitude of palates of his guests. Seasoned Chef Falcone uses the classic TASTE of old world dishes to create diverse global plates.
