My advice to clients is to deploy their capital
responsibly and do the best they can with what they have.
I would prefer to see them in a more modest size
property with the level of luxury they would expect in a
mega mansion.
Condo living will be the preferred city home for many in
the coming years. Whether it is your permanent home
or an investment, it can be a beautiful experience!
