Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon A fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a little bit of Chile’s signature grape, Carménère, and a dash of Petit Verdot. Filled with luscious aromas of cherries and blackberries with a smoky full-bodied finish, this wine is great value. Pair with rich fare and red meats. A cool fact, Cabernet Sauvignon is the love child of two grapes, Cabernet Franc (red) and Sauvignon Blanc (white), hence Cabernet Sauvignon. Cab Sauv is a big, bold, dry red wine, so decanting it is almost always recommended to let the wine breathe and smooth out some of the strong tannins. Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay A beautiful Chilean Chardonnay with alluring aromas and captivating flavour. This mediumbodied wine with nice notes of citrus and tropical fruit is a perfect pairing with creamy pastas, turkey, pork and chicken. Serve this wine in a nice big glass and have fun swirling, smelling and sipping. Also, don’t serve it too cold, because as Chardonnay warms up it tends to open up and express more fruit. Great for fireside romance, curling up with a good book and holiday festivities.
