Before RoyalTee Magazine and RoyalTee Girls were realities, they were ideas. Back in 2014, I was at a crossroad in my professional life. During that time, I was a recent college graduate (of THE Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, 1887, WHHAAATT! Ask a Rattler about that).To go backwards a bit, I moved back home after school in 2012 and spent the next year juggling random mall and school jobs until I finally landed a position in the field that I studied in and ( at the time) loved , journalism, broadcast to be exact. When I was in school it was always my aspiration to work to move to Atlanta (like 99.9% of graduates) and work at CNN.

Fast-forward about two and a half years later, I was still working in my career as a television producer. Although still considered a baby in the industry, I was growing, improving and honing my craft. Yet I still felt unfulfilled. And now since a few years have passed, I am humble enough to admit I was a little bit lost.
