Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, serves as a Battalion Chief in the Madrid metro area. He is currently responsible for the Operational Division. Deeply involved in the international fire training community. He takes part in IFIW (International Fire Instructors Workshop) focusing on tactics and fire ventilation and is a member of Underwriters Technical panel for the PPV study.
