• 1 cup of dried anchovies • 10 green chili • 10 red chili • 10 Bilimbi • 5 onion • 5 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce • Pinch of salt and sugar 1. Blend green chili, red chili and Onion 2. Fry the dried anchovies until it is crispy and blend it 3. Saute the blended chilis and onion 4. Then put in the sweet soy sauce and stir it for few minutes 5. Put in the blended anchovies together with salt and sugar 6. Stir until it the sambal is dry and it is ready to be served
