•5 dried tofu sheets • 5 fried tofu • 2 tempe • 5 potato • 10 of long bean • 200gm cellophane noodles • 500gm prawn • 200gm coconut milk • 2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce • 10 shallots • 5 cloves of garlic • 1 inch of ginger • 2 inch of galangal • 2 tablespoon of dried shrimp • 5 red chili • 5 green chili • 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce •2 tablespoon fish sauce • pinch of salt and sugar 1. Put all the tofu sheets and cellophane noodles in bowl of water to soften it 2. Blend together shallots, garlic, galangal, ginger, red and green chilies also dried shrimp 3. Cut all fried tofu, tempe and potato into small pieces and fry them until its is golden 4. Stir fry all the ingredient that had been blend until it's changes color with a presence of aroma 5. Put in the prawn and stir together until the prawn is half cooked then put in the fried tempe, tofu and potato 6. After that insert tofu sheets, long beans and cellophane noodles also the sweet soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce and stir them for a while. 7.
