Chili plays an important role in Malaysia's
gastronomy. Out of chili, Malaysia created
Sambal. It is a dish created with Chili as its
main component before adding other ingredient
such as shallots, garlic and many others. The
best part about Sambal is that it can be eaten
raw or cooked and it can go well with almost
everything. Malaysia has 13 states altogether
and every states has its own respective
