• 5 sardine fish • 10 onion • 2 inch of ginger • 3 lemongrass • 5 red chili • 2 tablespoon of coconut paste • 1 cup of water • 2 tablespoon of palm sugar • 1 dried tamarind peel • Pinch of salt and sugar 1. Boiled sardine fish together with dried tamarind peel and salt 2. Once the fish is cooked, toast it and get rid of the bone and put aside the meat 3. Blend all the ingredient and sauté them for 10 minutes 4. Pour in the coconut paste and lemongrass and water 5. Add in the fish meat and mix them 6. Lower the heat and let it dry 7. It ready to be served
