• 1 cup if green beans
• 2 lemongrass
• 1 inch of ginger
• 1 1 / 2 inch of galangal
• 3 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 10 green chili
• 5 red chili
• 2 tablespoon of dried shrimp
• 10 prawn
• 1 bowl of coconut milk
• 1 packet of cellophane noodles
• Chives
• 1 tablespoon Oyester sauce
• 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
• Pinch of salt and sugar
1. Soak the green beans in water for 1 hour unti it oftens , toast and
crushed it
2. Soak the cellophane noodles and toast it after it soften
3. Blend galangal, onion, garlic, dried shrimp, chilis and ginger.
4. Saute the blended ingredient together with lemongrass for 5
minutes then add the prawn in
5. Pour in the oyster sauce and fish sauce also some salt and sugar
6. Put in the crushed green beans and cellophane noodles and stir
them for few minutes
7. Pour in the coconut milk and mix them for a while
8. Cut the chives into small piece and pour them in
9. Place them into a plate and it is ready to be served
