• 5 dried chili / 5 red chili
• 10 green chili
• 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste
• ½ lime
• a cup of tamarind sauce
• 3 tablespoon of Kerisik ( coconut paste )
• 1 onion
• Pinch of salt and sugar
1. Blend chili, shrimp paste, salt and sugar
2. Pour lemon juice, tamarind sauce, and onion (cut into
small pieces) to the blended ingredient
3. Mix everything together
4. Put it into a bowl and it is ready to be served
