• 20 green chili • 5 red chili • 1 onion   • 2 cloves of garlic • 1 cup of dried anchovies • pinch of salt of sugar 1. Fry all those ingredient above except for salt and sugar for a good 5-10 minutes until they turn brownish and put them aside 2. Blend the entire fried ingredient together with salt and sugar. 3.
