Talking about mental health is one of the most important things a teacher can do to for your pupils wellbeing. Using the curriculum, as previously mentioned, is a good way to start a dialogue, but in order for the subject to be normalised the conversation needs to remain open. The information in this guide and the resources provided should give you the tools and knowledge to feel comfortable about making this common practice within your classroom.
