How to Submit Your Child’s Artwork

THESE ARE THE EASY STEPS TO ENTER!

1. Read and agree to our Contest Guidelines, and  TOS, Privacy & Refund policies/sections.

2. Download, print out, and sign the completed parental / artwork release statement.

3. Photograph your artwork and save images as a .jpg or .jpeg file/s – note: general audience images only please and all files must be under 2 megabytes each.

4. Gather label information (please see list below) for each artwork image to be sent.

5. E-mail all required information (ie parental / artwork release statement, image files, and artwork label information) to Child Artisan Entry Submission.

6. Make a  payment online – note: we accept major credit cards.

Finally…Wait for a confirmation e-mail from us – note: if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please contact us.

ARTWORK LABEL INFORMATION: Note: You and your child’s contact information will not be published online.  The information asked for below is elective.  Please only provide the information that you are willing to have published online.

Title of art/piece,

Media/Medium used to create the artwork (ie acrylic paint, crayon, clay, photography, etc.),

Date of creation,

Artwork size, dimensions, measurements (not the image/photo size),

Description/Inspiration for work (ie current contest theme, school project, Sunday school piece, car ride activity, etc.),

First name and last initial of artist,

Artist/s’ age/s (year only please).

Please note: Alternately you may send us your artwork images in our online up-loader. Please label the image file name and date them so that we can properly identify your submission. Comments & Suggestions are highly appreciated!
